Mark Ritchie II

Managing Partner / Chief Investment Officer

Mark is the architect for the firm’s investment philosophy. Having developed a sequence of quantitative & proprietary investment strategies, Mark oversees and implements the overall investment policy, risk management and allocation decisions for all RTM strategy decisions.

Brandon Hedgepath

Portfolio Manager

Brandon is responsible for many aspects of portfolio management, including tactical asset allocation, security selection, trading and risk management. As part of the investment committee he is also responsible for improving and developing the firm’s investment process.

Mark Ritchie

Consultant

Mark serves as consultant to RTM investment committee and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. A thirty-year veteran and icon within the financial industry, Mark is one of the original founding partners of Chicago Research and Trading, once the largest options firm in the industry.

Joel Rader

Managing Partner / Chief Operating Officer

Joel oversees operations and client relationships and is responsible for marketing RTM’s investment strategies. With a history of business success, Joel brings more than 20 years of diverse business and marketing experience within the financial services industry.
